ATN NVM-14-3P Night Vision Monocular with ITT Pinnacle Image Intensifier Tube NVMPAN143P is an advanced multi-mission, multi-purpose 3rd Generation night vision hand-held, head-mounted, helmet-mounted, weapon-mounted night vision monocular that enables activities such as walking, driving, military weapon firing, night surveillance, map reading, vehicle maintenance, and administering first aid under the cover of darkness. Thw Night Vision NVM 14-3P utilizes a single, technologically advanced Pinnacle Image Intensifier tube from ITT to provide crisp, clear images in the darkest of conditions. This ATN Night Vision unit allows for vertical adjustment (by using head straps), fore-and-aft adjustment, objective lens focus, and eyepiece focus along with using the principle of intensification of the residual light which is reflected from the surrounding objects. This Night Vision Monocular is also equipped ATN 's Total Darkness Technology featuring a built-in infrared light-emitting source giving it maximum flexibility even when available ambient light is minimal. The optical system of the rugged NVM143P Multi-purpose nightvision scope consists of: an objective lens, an image intensifier tube and an eyepiece. The ATN Monocular NVMPAN 143P is smaller and lighter than the ATN Mil Spec PVS14 and is fully submersible to a depth of 66 feet (20 meters).
