Product Info for Gitzo Systematic Series 2 Carbon Long 4-Section Eye Level Tripod
Gitzo Systematic 2 Carbon Fiber Long 4-Section Eye Level Tripod GT2542LS are modular, with a flat center disk that can be interchanged for center columns, leveling bases and other components. Because this Gitzo tripod has leg angle settings but no column as standard, the Gitzo Systematic Series 2 Long Four Section Eye Level Photo Tripod is capable of near-ground level shooting. The leg tubes are made from 6X carbon fiber and outfitted with Gitzo's efficient G-locks. The GT2542LS is a lightweight, compact "long 4-section" tripod in Gitzo's smallest Series 2, designed for excellent strength and torsional rigidity under loads of up to 55lb and with DSLRs and lenses up to 300mm. The GT2542LS is the tallest of the Series 2 Systematic tripods and reaches eye level when fully open. For a compact, lightweight tripod that can shoot almost at ground level, use the Gitzo Systematic Series 2 Modular Eye Level Locking Tripod.
