For extreme outdoor use, this 3 section aluminum BW version has non-glare finishing and the aluminum components are painted with dark green color. Built on the same ergonomically improved design as the 055XPROB, but without the horizontal centre column feature, the 055XB is lighter in weight and slightly more compact.
The ergonomics of the leg angle release mechanism and the quick action leg locks themselves have also been greatly improved. With the leg angle presets, allow the camera to reach all intermediate heights from min-max extension.
