Once the Vortex Scope Mount is mounted, a specialized cam on the Vortex SM 01 Swing Mount will allow the shooter to swing and lock the Vortex VM-X3 Magnifier in place behind the Red Dot Sight, while being able to choose magnified or unmagnified views easily. The quick-detach design of the Scope Mount by Vortex will allows you to quickly add or remove the mount system from your rail with ease and without tools. The machined aluminum construction and hard-coat anodization of the Swing Mount by Vortex make it one tough, lightweight scope accessory for both right and left-handed shooters.
