Warne Savage Rifle Scope Mounting Base are precision manufactured from solid steel using very tight tolerances. The base of every Warne Scope Mount comes with a full width recoil slotthat gives the Control Keys enough grip to greatly reduce recoil. Warne Mounting Bases are designed around the design of the popular Weaver Ring Mount which is one of the strongest Scope Base systems available today. The low profile of Warne Mounting Bases allow use of the iron sights on your Rifle when the Rifle Scope has been removed.
