The Yukon Sentinel 2.5 x 50mm Night Vision Scope YK26015T combines traditional Yukon design, ergonomics, reliability and convenience of use with an enhanced level of functionality. The Sentinel 2.5 x 50mm Night Vision Scope has a high grade of water resistance (IPX4 grade, according to the standard IEC 60529) and can be operated during intense precipitation. Extra tube protection provides durability towards axial load when used with the majority of popular calibers, including .300, .308 or similiar. The batteries, (2) AA, are placed in the battery compartment vertically , which eliminates any kind of recoiling on the stability of the energy supply. The Yukon night vision rifle scope has two scales; a horizontal scale to measure distance to the target and a vertical one which facilitates adjustment when shooting at different distances. Initially, the rifle scope should be sighted at 50m on the central cross hair. The distance is determined by placing a target with a known width (0.5m) between the > -- < marks. If the target fits between the marks, then the vertical adjustment should be made according to the mark. So, adjustments should be made when shooting at distances of 15, 25, 50 and 100m.

It is advised to change the color of the reticle of the night vision scope depending on the surrounding conditions. Red is best when used in clear viewing conditions and green is best when viewing is blurred.
